Ben Brown was a member of Torchwood Three in the 2000s alongside Jack Harkness and Suzie Costello.

Ben worked alongside Jack and Suzie Costello. He investigated an alien incident at Suzie's workplace with Jack prior to her joining Torchwood Three. After he died, he was placed in the Torchwood cryo-chambers and Suzie helped put his belongings in storage. (PROSE: Long Time Dead)
