A shopper was once present at Sanderson & Grainger in 2011. While in the lingerie department, he looked over as Craig Owens was confronted by security guard George. (TV: Closing Time [+]Loading...["Closing Time (TV story)"])

The character was played by Greg James, who humourously termed it as "the role of 'Man in Lingerie Department'". James Corden would himself then jokingly proclaim that the individual's name was Carlos, to which Greg added "Creepy Carlos".[1]
