Ross Mullan

Ross Mullan (born 5 January 1967[1]) is an actor who portrayed a Silent in The Time of the Doctor, the Teller in Time Heist, and a Wraith in Hell Bent.

He played one of the monsters at the 2013 Doctor Who at the Proms.
