Sam Beazley (29 March 1916-12 June 2017[1]) played Alan Ellis in the 2006 Torchwood television story Out of Time. His last name was misspelled in the credits as "Beezely".
He was one of very few people associated with the Doctor Who franchise to reach the age of 100.
