Ticket inspector (Just the Ticket)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

The ticket inspector was a ghost that haunted a warehouse full of double decker buses.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

The ticket inspector was once killed when he was hit by a double decker bus, and from then on he haunted the place where he was killed.

When Iris Wildthyme arrived at the warehouse to gather information about the dimensions of a conventional bus, she dismissed the rumours about the ghost of the inspector that she has heard when researching the warehouse.

The ghost still acted as if he was alive, as he continually asked for Iris' and Panda's "tickets", as well as telling them they were trespassing and warning them when they acted adversely against him.

Panda eventually figured out how to stop the ghost, by telling it that his shift was over and that he could go home, which caused the ghost to be extremely happy, but Iris used a type of gun to trap the ghost and Iris would eventually release it on an uninhabited planet. (PROSE: Just the Ticket)

Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

The identity of the ghost is never revealed, as Panda and Iris simply refer to it as the "inspector", "ticket inspector", or plainly "ghost".
