Red Nose Day 1991[[edit] | [edit source]]
During Red Nose Day 1991, Edmund Blackadder took 50p out of a girl's mug of donations to Comic Relief in order to make a call to his butler. Later, he imagined a spin on a joke the girl had told earlier, where 20 rabbits were up Baldrick's bottom, leading him to laugh.
Back in his home, he stated that he'd been asked to thank everyone for their contributions to the comic, before telling Baldrick to tell them to sod off, and to hurry up with bringing him his wine. Baldrick read aloud the credits for the comic, before noticing a fly. While trying to swat the fly, he accidentally dropped the wine on the floor. During this, Blackadder threatened that his life was suddenly at risk, and ultimately began searching for his shotgun, with Baldrick accepting his fate.
