Billy Whizz is the main protagonist of Billy Whizz, a comic strip in The Beano. He was not named in either his appearances in The Rings of Akhaten [+]Loading...["The Rings of Akhaten (TV story)"] and The Universe is Calling [+]Loading...["The Universe is Calling (TV story)"], nor his one-panel cameo appearance in Dennis meets Jonathan Ross [+]Loading...["Dennis meets Jonathan Ross (comic story)"].

He was featured on the cover art of The Beano #3695, an anniversary issue, which depicted a single scene also involving a Dalek.

He was also among the Beano characters who made a cameo appearance in the Bananaman strip published in The Beano #3869, which had various characters be arrested by Dalek-like post boxes. Although his capture was not seen, his presence in the prison heavily suggested that he was captured by them.
