The Woman (73 Yards)
A mysterious Woman was a being who was manifested as a result of Ruby Sunday reading off of some ancient scrolls within a fairy circle at the top of a hill in Wales in 2024. The Woman could be seen making gestures, and anyone who interacted with her would be irrationally terrified.

Ruby first encountered the woman after the Fifteenth Doctor vanished after stepping in a fairy circle, and Ruby read scrolls referencing Mad Jack. The woman did not respond to Ruby's attempts to ask her what was happening. The woman followed Ruby wherever she went afterwards, and she asked a hiker to talk to her on Ruby's behalf, and the hiker proceeded to run away after interacting with her. After Ruby went into the Y Pren Marw pub, the woman stood outside, with the patron Joshua Steele being surprised she could stand the cold. He then elected to ask her to come in, but was also rendered terrified and would eventually leave town altogether. As Ruby returned to London, the woman followed her, and with Ruby realising when she saw her standing in the streets and the fields while on the train.
Over the next twenty years, the woman continued to haunt Ruby, who slowly grew used to her. Indeed, on her birthday every year, Ruby acknowledged the woman while she stood at ground level outside her flat. After infiltrating Roger ap Gwilliam's campaign to be Prime Minister, which she was convinced was the true reason that the woman was haunting her, Ruby used her curse as a weapon by positioning herself precisely 73 yards away from Gwilliam before he was due to give a speech. After the woman interacted with him, Roger was rendered terrified and resigned. Despite Ruby's hopes the woman continued to haunt her for the rest of her life.
Upon growing old after a further forty years, Ruby found that the woman finally approached her, accompanied by the smell of briney seas and sound of crashing waves. She heard the Woman's indistinct words, which she now understood as forbidden secrets that should never be shared. She forgave the words as they stopped her heart. Ruby then returned to the moment where it all began, on 9 November, as the mysterious woman.
