Family Man was the fifteenth story in the Bernice Summerfield anthology Something Changed. It was written by Ian Mond.

Irving Braxiatel gets married in one reality, and has two childrens, including Bernice Summerfield as his son. Meanwhile the original Braxiatel has found a way to stop the History machine's path of destruction. After destroying all the other realities, it's up to his human version to decide to destroy his, will he or will his love for his children stop him?

- Like most of the other stories in this anthology, this story takes place in an altered timeline created by Doggles' history machine; these timelines are (mostly) erased when Braxiatel returns things to normal.
