Once Upon A Time… was a short story printed in the interior booklet of the CD of Neverland, the 33rd story in Big Finish Productions' The Monthly Adventures.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

Twelve-year-old Charlotte Pollard and her nanny attend a performance of Peter Pan at the Palladium. Afterwards, as the nanny hails a carriage, Charlotte wishes upon a twinkling star: "I never, ever, want to grow up." When she opens her eyes, the star is gone.

Characters[[edit] | [edit source]]

Worldbuilding[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • A newsboy announced Lenin's death.

Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • In Neverland, Charlotte's year of birth is given as 1912. This is consistent with her age being 12 at the time of Lenin's death, as in the real world Lenin died in 1924. However, in the real world Jean Forbes-Robertson didn't play Peter Pan until 1927.
