The Enemy-Alliance Dalek War was a war between the Daleks of N-Space, known as the Enemy Daleks, and those of the Mentor's universe, known as the Alliance Daleks. Initially the Earth Alliance was allied with the Mentor‘s Daleks, however after six years of war Commander Kalendorf came to the realisation that they had merely swapped one dictatorship for another. He arranged a truce with the Enemy Daleks and joined forces with them against the Alliance Daleks.

The Daleks invaded Mutter’s Spiral from the Seriphia Galaxy, resulting in the Second Great Dalek Occupation. Over the years the Earth Alliance was forced into retreat and the Daleks employed Susan Mendes as the “the Angel of Mercy” to improve slave efficiency. She was accompanied by fellow slave Kalendorf, who used his telepathy to sow the seeds of rebellion. After a decade of war, Earth finally fell to the Daleks. On Yaldos, Suz made a broadcast across the Dalek Empire and issued the telepathic trigger: “Death to the Daleks!” The ensuing rebellion threw the Empire into chaos. Beginning[[edit] | [edit source]]
Three months after the rebellion against the Daleks, the Dalek Emperor took control of Project Infinity and, using veganite mined from Vega VI over the course of the Occupation, sent a beacon into a parallel universe from Lopra Minor. The Mentor's Daleks responded by sending a delegation who, upon learning of their counterparts' many crimes, engaged them in battle (AUDIO: Project Infinity) and captured the Emperor. However, before he could be interrogated, he entered a state of inertia, (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter One) having transferred his mind to Suz’s dormant body, which had been stored on his flagship after she was stunned on Yaldos. The Mentor identified Kalendorf, Alby Brook and Mirana as leaders of the human resistance and freed them from their Dalek-induced stasis aboard the Emperor‘s flagship. They formed an alliance against their universe's Daleks. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter One)

Over the course of six years, the Alliance Daleks fought alongside Earth Alliance against the Enemy Daleks, who were led by the Dalek Supreme in the absence of the Emperor. The Alliance Daleks sought further allies and reduced the civilisations of those who refused to join them, for whatever reason, to Mediaeval or, in the case of Emmeron, Stone Age levels by destroying their infrastructure. These worlds became known as the Punished Planets. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter One) The Alliance Daleks created the Demons, human criminals processed into highly advanced Robomen to use as undercover agents. The Enemy Daleks attacked the facility where they were being created in the Pkowick System, by which time only three had been created. (AUDIO: The Demons) These actions led Kalendorf to conclude that the galaxy had merely swapped one dictatorship for another, albeit a more outwardly benign one. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter One)
Once the Enemy Daleks had been backed into Earth’s solar system, Kalendorf led an Alliance fleet against them from the flagship Courageous whilst secretly sending Mirana, in command of the Defiant, to rescue the still-dormant Suz from cargo freighter Omega N-7. Suz was being transported for execution on the Mentor’s orders, who had learnt that the Emperor's mind was locked away inside hers. Alby had already immobilised the vessel, however then decided to follow a new signal from the Pkowick System which he recognised as from the Dalek Emperor. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter One) Unknown to Alby and Mirana, this mission was part of Kalendorf’s plan to betray the Mentor and make a truce with the Enemy Daleks, having made a deal with the Dalek Supreme. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter Three)
With the Alliance Daleks at an advantage and approaching Earth, the Enemy Daleks self-destructed their saucers and destroyed a quarter of the Alliance's fleet. The Alliance, looking to regroup, found that the Enemy Daleks had terraformed Jupiter and landed there, (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter Two) aware that a second wave of Enemy Dalek forces were near Venus. On Jupiter, half of the humans with the Alliance were poisoned by Varga plants and began to attack the other half, leading the Mentor to relieve Kalendorf of command and demand that he be subject to brain correction on Lopra Minor. However, he managed to escape, leaving the Alliance fleet in a state of confusion. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter Three)
The human defection[[edit] | [edit source]]
The Enemy Daleks captured Alby and an active Demon, Morli, in the Pkowick System facility, having deliberately lured him there with the signal. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter Two) They used his ship to rendezvous with and board the Defiant after Suz had been awakened. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter One) They piloted the Defiant to Earth’s solar system, gassing the human crew. A few survived; Mirana and the first officer Marber managed to reach an escape pod and Alby and Morli were stunned to be used as hostages to force Suz’s compliance. The Daleks used a brain analysis disc on Suz to confirm the Emperor’s mind was active. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter Two) Suz, Alby and Morli were imprisoned together, during which Morli attempted to kill Suz due to her Alliance Dalek conditioning. The Enemy Daleks intervened in time, killing Morli, and at the same time Kalendorf boarded the Defiant. He convinced Suz to broadcast a message as the Angel of Mercy which would turn the humans against the Mentor, allowing the Earth Alliance to defect to the Enemy Daleks’ side just as the second wave of the Enemy Dalek fleet was about to reach the Alliance fleet at Jupiter. Alby protested, forcing her to shoot him so she could carry out the broadcast. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter Three) With the new alliance formed, the Dalek Supreme demanded Suz so the Daleks could recover the Emperor and took her to Earth, telling Kalendorf that he would see her again.
The war continued for a number of years, with Kalendorf leading the Enemy Daleks and Earth Alliance into battle against the Alliance Daleks, including on Mecros V. Eventually the Mentor transported him into her universe to discuss the stalemate that the two sides had reached. Predicting that the war would result in the death of all life in Mutter's Spiral, she talked to Kalendorf and, once he refused to rejoin her, ordered her Daleks to retreat back into her universe, ending the war. Aftermath[[edit] | [edit source]]
With the Alliance Daleks gone, the Dalek Emperor, having chosen to remain in Suz's body, prepared to declare a new era of peace in Mutter's Spiral and to attack the now-outnumbered humans when they least expected it. Kalendorf pre-empted the breakdown of the truce and travelled to Dalek-occupied Earth where he was taken before the Emperor. He seized hold of her and briefly reawakened Suz’s consciousness to trigger a telepathic command he‘d implanted in her prior to surrendering her: “Victory or death”. This triggered a signal across the Dalek command net, which Suz was connected to due to the Emperor possessing her, ordering every piece of Dalek technology to self-destruct. This destroyed the Daleks and devastated large parts of the galaxy, being remembered as the Great Catastrophe. Mutter's Spiral was now entirely free of Daleks from either universe.
