Miranda Raison
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
Miranda Raison (born 18 November 1977[1]) played Tallulah in the Doctor Who television stories Daleks in Manhattan and Evolution of the Daleks. She was also in several Big Finish Productions stories, most notably playing Sixth Doctor companion Constance Clarke.
She performed the song "My Angel Put the Devil in Me" in the former episode, but for the subsequent series 3 soundtrack album release, the song was rerecorded by Yamit Mamo.
