ok, so basically, i'm confused and i don't know why nobody else seems to have brought this up since a good man goes to war, but what did the doctor mean when he said "3 minutes 40 seconds" and then later "sorry, 3 minutes 42 seconds" or something like that and i have no idea what he was talking about but it seems important otherwise he wouldn't mention it. i'm sorry if this has been brought up elsewhere, but i haven't been able to find it. I thought he just gave Colonel Manton an estimate as to how long it would take the Doctor to defeat him, and then apologized because it took 2 seconds longer than he predicted. He was just showing off and bragging to Colonel Runaway.Icecreamdif 04:21, July 23, 2011 (UTC)
