If you were to go to http://www.wikia.com/wiki/Hub:Big_wikis and see the listing of the larges Wikis, you'll notice that the Guild Wars wiki is at 17,500+ articles. We, my friends, are just shy of 14,000. We must defeat and humiliate them! Once more into the editing page! And I'll see you in the Void! Monkey with a Gun 05:06, 12 August 2009 (UTC)

Yes. Okay...righty...I'll get on that. --Tangerineduel 05:23, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
Only 5000 needed! That's not many, right? Monkey with a Gun 05:28, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
Not many as in there aren't many ships in the sea, butterflies on a summer's day or alien invasions of a Earth then no. The Wanted pages will list up to a thousand wanted pages, and there's a reason a lot of those (like the DWMs need time spent typing out stuff).
Actually haven't you miscounted? we're currently at 13,925 content articles, Guild Wars (bane of our existence and all that...grr...etc, I'll prime the Hand of Omega, you goad their leader) currently has 17,739. So we need 3,814 new pages to equal their current total. --Tangerineduel 07:22, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
Yes, well, math isn't necessarily my strong suit. I'm much better at inciting rivalries. Monkey with a Gun 01:47, 13 August 2009 (UTC)

What the...what guild wars? Lol hand of omega. Geekiness cracks me up.--Skittles the hog 19:04, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

I remember a previous discussion, a long time ago now it seems, about NOT including individuals contribution counts, for fear of being too competitive!! Ha! And now it appears War has broken out!!! Bring it on!! Sontar-Ha!
.... just one thing though, I really would hate to see a return to lots of pages without any substance or content, just for the sake of it. I dont think it does 'us' any favours ... that said, gotta go SOOOOO much more to do. :) ... and now my life has purpose! The Librarian 22:37, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Agreed, quality is more important that quantity. Because once we surpass them in quantity, we'll have Guild Wars beaten twice. </cockiness> Monkey with a Gun 03:42, 20 August 2009 (UTC)
