Now that BBC Audio have officially rebranded as AudioGo, shouldn't we change the prefix from BBCA to AUDIO? This would seem even more urgent as the real BBCA, that is BBC America, have become production partners on televised DW. It seems rather odd to me that BBCA isn't a redirect to BBC America on this wiki.

It would be a snap to make the transition with the bot, so don't factor the "work" of it into your deliberations. The question is, should we deny the use of the official abbreviation of a current production partner/national broadcaster of televised DW just because of some loyalty to a former company name?

I guess so. It's an official re-branding so it should be changed.--Skittles the hog--Talk 08:09, January 29, 2011 (UTC)

Why do they have to change company names on us?...sigh.
Yes, change it. After all we've got the semi-precedent of BBC DVD to 2 entertain. --Tangerineduel / talk 14:47, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
What about older releases such as Bounty, should they be changed too? It seems that if they were not being released by AudioGo should we prefix them with that? --Revan\Talk 14:49, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
In cases like this, you'd have to go with who has the current rights. Were Bounty to be re-released, who would do it? AudioGo.
Okay, I'll be moving ahead with this change shortly. For the love of Bot, please do not attempt manual moves. I'll post back here when the move is complete.

In fact your right, Bounty was re-released in Tales From the TARDIS and obviously that is now being released by audiogo. --Revan\Talk 15:03, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
Transfer complete. Updates at BBC America, BBCA, AUDIO, Tardis:List of prefixes. Only thing not yet done is the move of BBC Audio to AudioGo, but if this link is now blue, then that's been done, too.
