Adi Akhtar was a member of the Baker Street Irregulars. He questioned the Eighth Doctor about why he was in the institute, he later told him to call Winston Churchill. He was worried about Nisha Bashir when she was on her mission, and tried to keep his mind active. He talked to Helen Sinclair and Aisha Akhtar during an air raid. (AUDIO: Baker Street Irregulars)
