Alba

Alba was a resident of Harmony. He was one of the six who greeted the Second Doctor, Ben and Polly when they arrived on their world. He later discussed with Sandor their plans for the travellers: Ben and Polly were to be sent the breeding pens after a few days of being fed, while the Doctor's head was to be added to their collection and put to work for them. They later captured the Doctor, who had learned of their plans, and Alba explained to him that they were forced to sustain themselves by any means necessary after a plague had wiped out all animal life on Harmony.
