Alexander II was a King of Scotland.
When claiming to be "Jean Forgeron de Gallifrey", the Seventh Doctor said he was from the court of Alexander and presented a writ of safe convoy from him and John Baliol. He died "five or six years" prior to 1242 and was succeeded by his son. (PROSE: Sanctuary)
