Alfie Scott was a 21st century British politician and Defence Secretary who used some of the Icarus Protocol's budget to construct a bypass in his constituency. On Casper Beacham's orders, he covered up the Moonstrike Missile's attack on a Quarshi ship.
Scott was confronted by Yvonne Hartman about the response to the Quarshi ship's crash in Middlesbrough and the lack of evacuation, something that Scott was hesitant to do due to fears of unpopularity amongst the electorate. After being poisoned by Yvonne with a substance that increased his stubbornness, he went on a midnight run on his bypass and died after being hit by a lorry.
