Alfred Lynch (26 January 1931-16 December 2003[1]) played Commander Millington in the Doctor Who television story The Curse of Fenric.
He was previously considered for the role of Sabalom Glitz. (TCH 42) He was also considered for the role of Nilson in Warriors of the Deep (TCH 38)

Lynch was partnered with James Culliford. The two were together for nearly fifty years, until Culliford's passing in 2002.[2]
