The architect of the Blaidd Drwg Project was run over in bad weather by the Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Margaret Blaine. Though she claimed their death was an accident, it was actually deliberate. She was a member of the Slitheen family and presumably feared that the architect would in some way harm her plot to exploit Blaidd Drwg. (TV: Boom Town)
