Big Mother

Big Mother was the leader of the Chelonians in the 60th century.
After being deposed, Big Mother went to Zamper to get advanced weaponry to regain control of Chelonia. When the Zamps left Zamper to attack the rest of the galaxy, the Seventh Doctor convinced him to destroy his fleet to stop them. (PROSE: Zamper)
