"Bunnoids" were the robot servants of the Lapinos, named by Vicki Pallister due to their resemblance to bunny rabbits with laser beams in their ears. The First Doctor encountered Bunnoids on an alien planet where he was forced to provide a play for their master to free Vicki and Steven Taylor. (PROSE: Planet of the Bunnoids)
