The Capital and Counties Bank was a bank which existed in London by 1883.
Bert Jenkins and Jack Bannister attempted to rob it by digging a tunnel leading directly into its vaults, passing under Oxford Street. However, they never completed this objective as they instead stumbled into a buried Iytean starship.
