The Communications Tower, also known as the Main Tower, was a major feature of Sector 7 of the Time Lords' Capitol, on Gallifrey. It was the site of both Space Traffic Control and Temporal Control, two of the highest security-rated rooms in the entire city. (TV: The Deadly Assassin) It also held the War Room in which Gallifrey High Command convened to coordinate military effort, and an extraction chamber.
