Compressed Water Plant
The Compressed Water Plant was a factory in the Skaroian Desert where slaves of the Daleks produced bars of compressed water.
In the factory, a flow of water was funneled into a large machine which compressed it into packets. These packets were then deposited to an area where slaves would pack them into boxes. The boxes were then put into individually-moving carts on treaded wheels that took them to an exit. At the exit, a robotic arm would lift the boxes of compressed water packets into hoverbouts which were then piloted by slaves to the Take-Off Fields for use in spaceflight.
During the 27th century Dalek invasion, the invisible birdmen sabotaged the plant by opening the packets, releasing "ten million gallons of water" which flooded the factory and killed everyone inside.
