A Cyber-Leader on New Mondas was inspecting some converted CyberNeomorphs, along with the Cyber-Controller. Unfortunately, the recently converted Cybermen were tampered with by the Daleks and self-destructed, destroying Cyber-Command. (COMIC: Cyber Crisis)
