Lady Dakar was one of the guests of Cardiff Bay Intelligent Hotel and Spa.
She was fiercely anti-human to the point of preferring to die rather than let a human resuscitate her. She supported Sorvix separatists who believed that Sorvix should live completely separately from humans.
During her stay in the hotel, it made an attempt on her life. Ng saved her despite her later protestations.
She knew Ro-Jedda and held significant influence. For instance, Toobert Jailert was quite cowed by her. (AUDIO: Superiority Complex)
