A Dalek Hunter-Killer was an impure type of Dalek, used as expendable soldiers in battle, sometimes to test new technologies. They had individual personalities and were capable of thought beyond typical Dalek ideology and vocalisation. Despite their impure nature, their capacity for independent thought gave them leadership capabilities, and they were often deployed to lead important missions during the Last Great Time War.
