A Draconian messenger informed the Emperor that a spaceship from Earth sent by President of Earth Dora sought permission to land in the palace spaceport. The Emperor granted permission, unaware that it was actually an Ogron ship summoned by the Master to rescue him. (TV: Frontier in Space)
