Commander Farrow was a subordinate to President Nigel Rochester in an alternate timeline in 2003. He was a consort to Miriam Rochester. A hardened man, Farrow was in charge of torturing President Rochester's Dalek captive. He was killed by Lamb. (AUDIO: Jubilee)
