Fidelia Esperanza was President of the Unified Nations Security Council.
In December 1999, President Esperanza held a conference at St James's Palace to discuss the civil war in Valge Maja and was executed by the Omniarch when Winifred Bambera refused to surrender to the Zeta Hydri. (AUDIO: The Last Line of Defence)
