Florence Hoath (born 12 July 1984[1]) played Nancy in the Doctor Who television stories The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances.

She previously played Elsie Wright — one of the girls who took the Cottingley fairy photos — in the 1997 film Fairy Tale: A True Story, in which Elsie's father Arthur Wright was played by Paul McGann.
In an interview for DWM 485, Florence had confirmed that she has left the acting industry.
