Goilin B was originally from the planet Ralte, but in 2017 he was living in Cheldon Bonniface after being exiled from his world. He worked as a postman.
When Cheldon Bonniface was invaded by the Chelbil on Christmas, the Eighth Doctor convinced Goilin to scare them away. (PROSE: Not in My Back Yard)
