Graham Joyce (22 October 1954- 9 September 2014[1]) wrote the foreword to the Telos novella Wonderland. A well-noticed author of science fiction and other speculative fiction, he was a multiple recipient of the O. Henry Award for both his long- and short-form fiction. He also won the British and World Fantasy Awards. He was thus well placed to offer commentary upon Wonderland, a work that falls somewhere between a short story and a novel, and a work that, like his own fiction, contains a strong mystical and supernatural elements.
He published almost every year from 1991, when he opened his professional career with Dreamside, until his death in 2014.
