In Disney's Snow White, there was a wicked witch.
Rose Tyler was reminded of the witch when she met Aunt Nadia, although Rose saw that Nadia's expression was "kindly". (PROSE: The Clockwise Man)

While not named in PROSE: The Clockwise Man, the wicked witch is Queen Grimhilde, often referred to as the "Evil Queen" or "Wicked Queen" interchangably, although in the 2019 novel Mirror, Mirror, her name was given as Queen Ingrid.
