Guilin was a location in China. In 1865, Tham Chai Wen, told the First Doctor of attacks that had occurred near Shaoshan and east of Guilin. He also mentioned that Taoist priests in Guilin had recently received an increase in requests for exorcisms. (PROSE: The Eleventh Tiger)
