Helen Shepherd was the scientist who created a new, innovative system for transmitting television which affected the Time-Space Visualiser. His invention was the opposite of Time-Space Visualiser as it turned electrical impulses into events, whereas the Time-Space Visualiser did the reverse. (AUDIO: The Fourth Wall)
