Hotel manager (Superiority Complex)
The hotel manager of Cardiff Bay Intelligent Hotel and Spa was a Sorvix separatist.
He believed that humans should be completely segregated from the Sorvix and did not value human life at all. However, humans attracted him sexually, as was evidenced by Orr developing quite prominent human female characteristics near him.
When murders of hotel guests had begun, he started writing fake threats from a non-existing "Humans against the Sorvix" terrorist group to shift the blame from the hotel management. He was a natural suspect as he was the only one able to programme the intelligent hotel and see the CCTV footage. After his subterfuge was discovered by Torchwood Three, he was invited to an audience by Lady Dakar, which the Torchwood team considered a harsh but adequate punishment. (AUDIO: Superiority Complex)
