Howard (Traitor Black Gives In!)

Howard was a trainee of the World Space Patrol.
In 2068, he travelled from Space City on a recruit ferry ship to the training school on Mars. He was accompanied on the journey by Paul Metcalf and Adam Svenson, both of whom had recently joined the World Space Patrol following the dissolution of Spectrum. When they arrived, Howard was called to attend to his duties alongside Metcalf and Svenson by an instructor. Howard's training took longer than Metcalf and Svenson's, which lasted a month, as they were both already well-experienced with space flights. (COMIC: Traitor Black Gives In!)
