Hutchinson was a soldier that worked for the Forge.
Along with Sanford, Hutchinson guarded Panda's containment unit. Hutchinson mocked Patrick Matthewman when he had trouble interfacing with Oracle.
Later, Iris Wildthyme cut the power for the base and used her chloroform perfume on Hutchinson while the lights were out. (PROSE: Project: Wildthyme)
