The Hyphklarth Declaration was a Multiverse Designation System which designated the "31,466,344,713,163,653rd Universe".

While attempting to return Jenny Everywhere to her 31466344713163653rd Universe aboard Katioka, Abraytha Janus Colefia landed the ship in the Hyphklarth Declaration's "31,466,344,713,163,653rd Universe", which Jenny recognised as the 7th Universe. This lead Abraytha to explain to Xiantio about the various conflicting Multiverse Designation Systems which existed in the Multiverse.
