Ingrid Bjarnsdottir was the commissioner of the Icelandic Alliance during the early 51st century. She was given the Peking Humunculus Mr Sin as a plaything for her children. It later assassinated her, which almost led to World War VI. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang; AUDIO: The Butcher of Brisbane)
