Jabalhabad was a location in India.
In March 1843, the First Doctor and his granddaughter met Siger Holmes at the Officers' Mess at the British Army cantonment in Jabalhabad while touring India by elephant. He told them a story of a temple where he had seen fakirs open a doorway through which they could pass to another place.
While this was happening, the Seventh Doctor, Bernice Summerfield and Ace sat at a nearby table. The Doctor gave Benny a copy of All-Consuming Fire, which she read and discussed before they left. (PROSE: All-Consuming Fire)
