Jacqui was a human woman.
She had a baby with psychic powers. Sometimes Jacqui experienced visions from the baby whilst she was pregnant. When she was staying in a UNIT safehouse, the baby heard the Seventh Doctor's mental screams. When she went to check on him, she experienced the Blue.
