Jenna Russell (born 5 October 1967[1]) played the floor manager in the Doctor Who stories Bad Wolf and The Parting of the Ways. She also voiced Porcelain Polly and Missus in the Big Finish Jago & Litefoot audio story Encore of the Scorchies and one of several Scorchies in The Wax Princess.
