John Scott Martin
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
John Scott Martin (1 April 1926-6 January 2009)[1]) was primarily a Dalek operator in the 1960s and 1970s.
During his time as a Dalek operator, Martin only missed one story featuring the Doctor's arch-enemies, Destiny of the Daleks, because he was at the time committed to the musical Oliver! in London's West End, and the terms of his contract meant he couldn't travel outside London to take part in the location filming — though he could have done the studio work.
