Justin Vogel

Justin Vogel (PROSE: Revelation of the Daleks) was the secretary and assistant to Kara on the planet Necros. He was dedicated to his work and admired Kara greatly.

Vogel assisted Kara in her plot to destroy Davros so she could control the food supply for the whole galaxy. She duped the Knight Orcini into trying to killing Davros but this plan failed. Before it failed, however, Davros sent two of his new Daleks to bring Kara and Vogel to him.
In the middle of a toast, the Daleks entered. Vogel refused to be taken to Davros and the Daleks exterminated him. (TV: Revelation of the Daleks)
