Kai'lizakia was a multi-headed Elder God that fed off chaos. The Seventh Doctor considered it to be one of the minor gods.
In 2026, Kai'lizakia took control of a group of people in London and created a cult called the Sons of Kai. Kai'lizakia had the cult try to get into the Forge's archive. The Seventh Doctor came to London with Sally Morgan and worked with the Forge to stop the cultists. Eventually, Kai'lizakia confronted the Forge soldiers and ate at least one of them. The Doctor killed Kai'lizakia by feeding it pure logic with a Cyber-Planner's cerebral cortex. (AUDIO: Black and White)
