Kessler was a Nazi colonel.

In November 1941, he joined a patrol hunting two escapees possessing important documents that were trying to reach the Swiss border. One of them, Fey Truscott-Sade, turned the tables. She killed the soldiers one by one, finally confronting and eliminating Kessler. (COMIC: Me and My Shadow)

  • Kessler may have been named after the Nazi officer Lugvig Kessler from the TV series Secret Army, played by Clifford Rose.
